Shuk in Bondi does do an amazing shukshuka and if you want you can ask for extra kale or chorizo, I’d probably ask for both. I shot these guys for Broadsheet Sydney and had a lovely afternoon listening to Talking Heads and taste testing their shukshuka, blueberry pancakes and their delicious gnocchi! A very rich afternoon indeed.
Shuk use herbs from their own garden and they make and bottle their own tomatoes, olives & tahini.
